Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. Orders placed before 1:00pm may be dispatched the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options We ship via Royal Mail. The following services are available at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) — estimated delivery 2-3 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — estimated delivery 1-2 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature — estimated delivery 2-3 working days, signature required on delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature — estimated delivery 1-2 working days, signature required on delivery
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm) — guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm. This service is available for orders placed before 1:00pm only and carries a premium charge due to the additional handling required.
Delivery Areas We currently ship to UK addresses only.
