Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and unused for puzzles, gifts and games, or unworn with tags attached for clothing — and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gayle@giddykippa.co.uk before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Change of mind returns: If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and in its original unused condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the postage cost from your refund — just let us know which you'd prefer when you contact us.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of both the item and the packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Please contact us at gayle@giddykippa.co.uk to initiate your return and we will provide the return address at that point.

Damages and issues
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at gayle@giddykippa.co.uk within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom orders. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a change of mind return. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
As a small independent business, we're able to process exchanges quickly and personally. Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll aim to get your replacement on its way within 1-2 working days. Just let us know what you'd like in exchange when you contact us to arrange your return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused for puzzles, gifts and games, or unworn with tags attached for clothing, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
